D.G. Caw completed a project to modernise a commercial headquarters' fabrication yard. The works were essential to support a new high-density composite racking system and involved a full overhaul of the HQ's structural surfaces and site-wide utilities. Our scope included:

 

• Concrete Repairs: Breakout and reinstatement of damaged concrete to provide a durable, load-bearing surface for heavy industrial traffic.

• Guide Rail Installation: Supply and precision installation of guide rails to facilitate state-of-the-art composite racking systems.

• Utility Infrastructure: Trenching and ducting for new utilities, providing a direct service link between the existing barn and a new facility.

• Drainage and Services: Full completion of all associated drainage works and service upgrades to modern industrial standards.
   

The project was delivered on schedule, providing a fully serviced yard and the infrastructure required for high-density storage. Our management of both the structural remediation and technical rail installation ensured the site was immediately operational and met all logistical requirements.
