Tiptree Jam Factory

Our team executed the groundworks and structural slab package for a new storage facility at the Tiptree Jam Factory, for Wilkin & Sons Ltd. The project focused on site preparation, heavy-duty flooring, and environmental drainage compliance. Our core scope included:

 

• Bulk Excavation: Large-scale site clearance and earthworks to establish the building footprint.

• Structural Concrete: Supply and installation of a reinforced concrete slab designed for high-load storage.

• Drainage and Compliance: Installation of a new drainage system, including an oil and grease interceptor to meet site environmental requirements.

• Site Preparation: Formation of the sub-base and preparation for the barn’s steel-frame erection.

The project provided a level, load-bearing foundation and compliant drainage infrastructure. Our work ensured the site was ready for immediate structural assembly according to the client’s build schedule.
